Manager - The Rhiw Goch Inn - Trawsfynydd

Whilst working at The Rhiw Goch Inn for the first time, I mostly did the cooking and cleaning. I would often spend my mornings making sure the pub would look spotless ready for the busy day ahead. I would then go and work in the kitchen at night time, cooking meals, always adhering to food hygiene regulations and health and safety.

Cleaner - The Chalets (The Rhiw Goch Inn) - Trawsfynydd

I would be cleaning chalets in the holiday village in Trawsfynydd. I would wake up early then walk from chalet to chalet, ensuring that all of them were clean to a high standard.

Relief Cook - Cook in Schools - Gwynedd

This job would include me cooking on a daily basis.

As stated above, returned to the managerial job.

Kitchen, Bar and Cleaning Staff - The Winebar Dolgellau - Dolgellau

This entailed me working in both the kitchen, bar and cleaning. I would get up early, clean the whole pub to a high standard then work on either the bar or kitchen at night time.

Cook in Charge - Plas Tan Y Bwlch - Trawsfynydd

(2000-01 - 2006-12)

When in Plas Tan Y Bwlch I was the cook in charge. I made sure that recordings of the food, fridge and freezer were kept up to date and inline with food hygiene. Time keeping was important, and working as part of a team.

Pub Staff - Cross Foxes

(2006-01 - 2009-12)

When working in this pub, it was more or less the same as working in the other pubs. The responsibilities would be the same, and the licensing.

Care Assistant - Spiral

(2011-01 - 2013-12)

This role included personal care, dispensing medication, and it was quite mentally challenging. This was a massive career change for me, but I loved it.

Care Assistant - Anheddau

(2013-01 - 2018-12)

This role was also like above but This would include domestic tasks aswell as personal. Taking individuals on days out, helping them be independent. I listened and voiced my opinion when I needed to. I worked as part of a care team, but also had to work alone and make decisions off my own back.
