In my role as a hostess I had to take patients orders for breakfast dinner and tea.I had to make sure that I met there diet requirements as not to give them anything they weren't aloud I.E diabetics I had to make sure they didn't have to much sugar in there meals. My other roles included collecting information of how hot the meals were to make sure they were cooked properly. Then I had to collect any dirty pots in wash them and put them away.
Id also go and take teas and coffees round to the patients after there meals. Then before I left I would make sure that the kitchen was clean and tidy for the next person coming in the morning
