- Built and led a team of up to 25 Test Analysts while uplifting offshore capability and consistency
- Guided scrum teams with quality strategies; strengthened quality gates, embedded early-testing and whole-team quality ownership across multiple teams, reducing defect injection and improving delivery outcomes.
