I am currently pursuing a MSc in Psychological Therapy in Primary Care at University of Dundee, where I am learning the skills and knowledge to assess, formulate, and treat a range of psychological difficulties using cognitive behavioural therapy and other modalities. Prior to this, I worked as an Assistant Psychologist and a Healthcare Support Worker at NHS and Simon Community Scotland, respectively, where I gained valuable experience in supporting and empowering people with complex needs, such as homelessness, substance misuse, and trauma.
