I worked as a Graduate Engineer for 2 years then as a digitalisation Engineer for 3.5 years. I’m passionate about technology and it’s implementation to improve efficiencies.

I enjoy learning new skills and improving existing skills.

I have experience working as a digitalisation engineer on projects to improve the efficiencies of existing processes in the company. This role requires:

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with demonstration of high level stakeholder interaction
• Working in an operational / engineering environment is desirable
• Working with technology and the ability to translate the application of technology to real life problems
• Adoption and development of low code platforms and solutions
• Demonstration of digital solutions and the benefits that they can bring

This role also requires the use of specific applications/solutions including:

• Mobile Applications
• MS SQL Database
• Dashboard Reporting Technology (e.g. PowerBI)

Graduate Engineer (2.5 years)

Completing placements in different departments of the compan including but not limited to:

• Sales & Proposals
• Digitalisation
• Automation
• Project Management

Drive and support the strategic development of individual sites and functions within the business through implementation of digital innovations

•  Own and develop digital value propositions.
• Development and implementing solutions in particular using low code/no code software. 
• Local point of contact for support in operational digitalisation
• Liaise with 3rd party development partners to facilitate solution delivery and publishing of in house applications on major platforms.
• Work across the business to implement more standardisation of solutions and implement change.
• Work with operational teams on site and remotely proactively to facilitate upskilling.
• Use of Microsoft sql server to capture and interrogate data.
• Use of Microsoft Power BI to develop and publish dashboards presenting desired information and relevant KPI’s
