I am a Funeral Arranger with three years' experience supporting families and arranging funerals from the first meeting through to the day of the service. Before moving into funeral arranging, I spent more than eight years working in NHS mortuary services, caring for deceased adults and children and working with bereaved relatives, funeral directors and other agencies. I am comfortable discussing difficult and sensitive matters, keeping track of paperwork and deadlines and making sure a family's wishes are followed.

I enjoy getting to know families and helping them arrange a funeral that feels right for the person who has died. I would now like to return to funeral care and bring together my funeral arranging, mortuary and customer service experience.
