I have got good communication skills whilst working in different sectors and voliunteering for different sectors I was redirecting calls to different departments. I was also speaking to people face to face if they wanted to make appointments, I have got good organsational skills.
Whilst temping at Birmingham Children's Trust I was putting data onto their in house system, booking meeting rooms, sending out letter for appointments, transfering calls. Whilst volunterring at CGL I was sending out letters for appointments, speaking to doctors surgeries, speaking to pharmacies, redirecting calls to different departments, processing outgoing post. Whilst volunteering for Trident Reach I am dealing with queries over the telephone or face to face, taking messages.
I have got ICT Level 2 which I have used when working for different sectors or voluntering for different sectors, e.g. putting data onto word or excel. I have got Business Administration Level 2 and also RSA I and RSA II Typing.
