I have recently sold my business where I was a shop owner and postmistress. I ran this business alongside my business partner for the past 15 years and although thoroughly enjoyed it felt that the time was right for us both to move on to something different after being approached by a buyer for the business.

As a shop owner and postmistress I was responsible for the day to day running of the business. From ordering stock, organising staff rotas to serving customers in both the shop and post office. Working in a post office requires you to be highly organised and respect confidentiality at all times. Alongside being accurate and reliable when dealing with large amounts of money. I am friendly and approachable and had a good relationship with our valued customers.
