Mike Bardi

I am 37 years old and have been working in estates and facilities management for the past 9 years. My passion for this field drives me to constantly seek solutions and improvements. Over the years, I have gained extensive hands-on experience, enabling me to take on a wide range of tasks and handle various challenges efficiently. My versatility and dedication allow me to contribute effectively to any project or team I am a part of.

I have 9 years of experience in estates and facilities management giving me a strong background in overseeing the day to day operations, maintenance and improvements across diverse environments.

I began my career managing operations at Bishan Abbey National Sports Centre, where I ensured the smooth functioning of facilities for sports professionals, this includes a sports centre, sports grounds, hotel, living accommodation and listed function building. I worked at bisham abbey from August 2016 - August 2018.

I then served as Facilities manager at Sir William Ramsay Secondary School, where I took on the responsibility for the upkeep and management of the school's facilities. I also took on extra responsibility managing the first aid provision, student Health Care Plans but also staff and student risk assessments. I worked at Sir William Ramsay School from August 2018-April 2024

Currently, as Estates Manager at Godstowe Preparatory School, I continue to apply my expertise in overseeing the maintenance and development of the school facilities.

In addition to my work in the estates and facilities roles, I have a solid foundation in the fitness industry working as a fitness supervisor at Bucks New Uni Gym for 5 years, but also 10 years working in various security roles, strengthening my ability to manage diverse operations and ensure safe and well-maintained environments.
