In my current role as a community engagement officer, I lead on our Employability programme delivering Tigers pathways to learners ranging from the ages of 18-25 & over 50's supporting them with various goals including finding suitable PT/Full time work, applying for apprenticeships, interview techniques, CV building and delivering smart goal setting workshops. I also lead the premier league kicks programme delivering safe and inclusive sporting sessions across Hull to help re-engage young people back into physical activity. I support mentoring for young people in a small group and 1:1 setting in secondary schools, with early intervention to help students with any issues they may have in school around behaviour, attendance or any other general issues.
