Fire and Security Engineer - Tyger Security

My role with Tyger security is to maintain and install fire and security systems. I work independently and within a team to complete a variety of different jobs. This includes cabling of systems, installation of CCTV which includes making off RJ45 ends from CAT5/6 cables and BNC ends off RJ59 cable, installation, and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
I work different shift patterns including changing my start and finish time daily to suit the needs of the jobs I am completing. I am committed to my job, and I am available for overtime afterhours and weekends.
Fire and Security Engineer - Boston Network/North

My role with Boston Network/North was working in a team or on a one-to-one basis with my colleagues performing preventative maintenance and small works installations on fire, CCTV, access control and intruder systems. I have worked a variety of shifts included, nightshift, weekend work and overtime as I know this is an essential industry. I have gained a wide variety of skills and I am confident to transfer my skills between jobs.
I was made redundant from this position due to the company merging with 4 other companies.
Fire Alarm Engineer - Fire Suppression Scotland

My role with Fire Suppression Scotland was to work independently on conventional fire alarm systems and to maintain emergency lighting. I did long distance driving, which included overnights to complete jobs. While I was on the job, I was attending college one day a week and ensuring my logbook was relatable to maintenance and installations of my on-site work.
