I have a dual role at this site. Work P/T as an MSO were my duties consist of incoming and outgoing mail services, Induction of contractors attending site; ensuring compliance with Signing In procedures are met and any other task assigned by the FM. Photocopying duties.
My Role as Cleaning Supervisor consists of running a team of 5 ensuring all Toolbox Talks are carried out correctly within each assigned month, control of stock and ensuring requests for orders are sent to FM for the site. Training staff and carrying out Mitie's Induction procedures as required by FM. Ensuring all contractual scheduled task are completed as per Mities Cleaning schedules.
Ensuring all staff are fully aware and trained in the Hazard reporting process.
