I support the head coach with coaching young athletes aged 8 - 14 focusing on leading, training and managing a team to improve performance and win games. I help manage the practice session by guiding the younger players through drills and correcting form to help improve performance. My key skills include clear communication, teaching, advising, supporting, team building, active listening skills, which are key transferable skills for a sales assistant.
