Miles El-Guindi

I am currently a university student studying BA Design at Goldsmiths University of London. I'm passionate about jewellery design, fashion, event organisation, music and photography. I have experience in working with computers and technology as well as managing and running events. From time to time I also perform guitar over DJ sets, organise fundraisers for charity (I was part of organising a fundraiser night in order to raise money for Palestine) and create jewellery of my own.

• Adapted to unexpected situations and learned how to work in a bench jewellers environment.
• Worked productively on a tight 2 week schedule in order to produce multiple individual pieces of jewellery to be worn by models during Masha Popovas's LFW show.

City Harvest - London, England

• Worked with one of London's leading food redistribution charities
• Worked in a warehouse environment organising food to be redistributed (sorting crates and trays for delivery to 350 charities in the London area).
• Assisted drivers in delivering food to various homeless shelters and domestic abuse shelters in London.

I have just finished year 1 BA Design at Goldsmiths. My final summative project which involved making a documentary about Squatting achieved a 1st.
