Learning Designer - Ashorne Hill management College - July 2022 - Present

Responsible for the creation of modern blended learning solutions. Driving the digital first vision by leading the design and development of tailored graduate and management level leadership programmes and overseeing the whole learning experience.

Learning Experience Designer - Martin James network March 2019.- June 2022

Responsible for working with SMEs to design and develop not only Elearning, but blended learning solutions that supports training across the network. Also Managing the LMS for the network, keeping the content, aesthetics, support line and general admin up to date whilst reporting and gaining feedback for SMEs.

Elearning Developer - Halfords - May 2016 - March 2019

My role was to design and produce engaging elearning modules to help drive sales. Working closely with SMEs to design learning and development products that meet the business needs and deliver improved performance. I also created supported learning books, certificates, training vidoes and much more. I was also tasked with managing the LMS, providing support for system users and producing reports for the business.
