Health Records Clerk at NHS (2024-07 – Present)

Key responsibilities in this job are:

• Time management: Ensuring records are collected and distributed correctly around the hospital is a task which demands excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail: Medical records being stored in a complex system and being sent to such a wide range of destinations means that attention to detail is a crucial skill in this work line, as one mistake can cause lasting negative repercussions.
• Leadership: Since I started in July 2024, I have helped to train multiple new staff. This has drastically improved my leadership skills, along with my communication skills.
