Work Experience at Waitrose Stourbridge (2025-05 – 2025-05)

The role involved working as part of a team, checking stock and stock rotation, helping customers and being on the till. I enjoyed this placement which gave me a good understanding of working as part of a team, working on the shop floor, stock replenishment, rotation and the importance of dealing with customers in a kind and friendly way which delivers good customer experience.

Volunteer at Friends of Lye and Wollescote Park (Present)

I have been an active member of this groups for a number of years, being involved in litter picks and fundraising events at the park.

Volunteer at National Trust (2025-07 – 2025-10)

I have been at Kinver Rock houses for several weeks volunteering during summer and autumn 2025. This involved being in the rock houses and giving visitors information about artifacts and the site. I have also been a part of the children's work at Christmas and this required me to speak to the children and demonstrate how to make reindeer food, which was the activity available.

Volunteer at The Hub, Bournville Green (Present)

I am currently volunteering at The Hub which involves setting up for events, welcoming visitors, serving refreshments and dealing with enquiries. I am working as part of a small team to put on community events and provide services to the community such as debt advice and uniform recycling.
