Support the management team with the day-to-day running of a busy restaurant.

Take responsibility for leading shifts and ensuring smooth operations in the absence of senior managers.
Supervise and support team members, helping maintain high standards of service and performance.
Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring positive outcomes whenever possible.
Carry out cash handling duties, including till reconciliation and end-of-day cashing up procedures.
