I am currently employed at WHSmith at edinburgh airport and throughly this role i've learned to deal with the airport environment by delivering excellent costumer service and supporting the smooth day to day running of the store. As we know the airport has many phases where it can be very busy at times and very quiet at other times and i'm proud to say i've achieved the ability to work at the fast pace that is required for the environment.

Food Service Worker In my last role I've developed strong customer service and communication skills through working in a fast-paced food environment, learning how to take orders accurately, manage time efficiently, and stay calm under pressure as well as knowing how to deal with any slight minior issues that may occur. For example, dealing with and upset customer or a customer that's agitated. I've also built teamwork and problem-solving skills by coordinating with others to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
