Analyzing consumption trends to accrue for unbilled consumption of water.
Understand and provide commentary for income variances to budget and prior year.
Providing accurate information and analysis on measured and unmeasured water revenue, cash collection rates, expenditure and bad debt, to be included in monthly management accounts within specified time scales.
Fulfilling the requirements of the month end processes including timely preparation of cost adjustments, prepayments and accruals journals.
Preparation of company directorate’s month end, quarterly, and annual management accounts packs within given timescales for the business review.
Prepare and maintain income and expenditure forecast file to collect and report weekly/monthly/annual performance
Placing purchase orders with approved suppliers, complying with procedures, to maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure expenditure is contained within agreed budget limits.
Collating information and completing the weekly/monthly payroll return. Maintaining and updating employee records on the payroll system including starters, leavers, rate changes, annual leave, overtime, unpaid leave, SSP and commissions.
Currently I am working towards an accountancy qualification ACCA.
Bachelor's and master's degree in Zootechnic - University Hugona Kołłątaja in Cracow, Poland.
