Phoenix is implementing a significant, multi-year restructuring programme. Delivered migration-related requirements for the Transition, Organisation Design, and Digital Portals workstreams for a major platform move.

• Map current processes and identify key interfaces (telephony interactions, document generation and workflow events) so that all and only the essential components were replicated in the new platform
• Develop the new Operating Model, balancing the skills profiles and resourcing needed
• Balance needs of three teams, facing three distinct customer groups, in planning web app migrations
• Moved to the People and Premises team to define process, requirements and UAT components of a new Learning Management system based around Oracle HCM
• For the first two releases, created the UAT plan, worked with the developers to prepare the test environment, then organised and tracked the testing
• When launched, this delivered the automation support needed to realise significant cost savings and efficiency gains whilst improving colleague experience
