My voluntary experience with the British Red Cross, combined with my hands-on role in a busy dessert shop, has equipped me with the ability to thrive in both fast-paced and people-focused environments. At the British Red Cross, I supported individuals in vulnerable situations, developing empathy, resilience, and the confidence to engage with people from all backgrounds.
