Warehouse Manager

• Managing warehousing & Logistics of more than 50 stores in UAE, Bahrain and Oman. (80K sqft Warehouse and approx 40K SKU)
• Handle and execute Warehouse operation along with planning and supervision of workflow in warehouse. Implement accuracy in inventory control.(70K units daily offloading and loading)
• Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock level.

•  ECommerce order execution. Picking, packing and dispatched monitoring. (Daily 3 thousand orders.)
• Implement safety procedures and standards in all warehouse operations. (Warehouse premises, Staff and Inventory safety procedures.)
• Major achievement – Proposed and executed the combine delivery schedule for all stores for timely deliveries and cost saving. The above revision saved total 500 thousand AED yearly.

Assistant Manager-Warehouse.

•  Handled 200K sq. ft. of warehouse with more than 200 staffs of different nationality. Managed receiving and initial dispatch of 120 stores in the UAE.
• Maintain efficiency in warehouse functions. Ensuring Receiving of inward material by following defined SOP. System / Document, process checks and verification. (Daily 80 to 90 K units offloading and loading)
• Monitoring receiving, dispatches, cycle count and inventory control record maintenance with E com order execution. (35K E-com Orders)
• People Management including training, team building and team motivation. (Periodic process training to develop team)
• Major achievement – Successfully brought down import shipment discrepancy from 10% to 2%.

Team leader – Operations

• Receiving material from vendors, checking quantity followed by loading and unloading of material. (50K Inventory Offloading)
