Pressure Vessel / Quality Control Inspector with 18+ years of experience in fabrication, inspection, and testing of pressure equipment across Oil & Gas, Water, and Nuclear sectors. - Perform independent stage-wise inspection and verification of pressure vessels, air receivers, filter housings, water vessels, heater housings pipework and repaired vessels to ensure compliance with PD5500, EN13445, ASME VIII Div.1
- Assess and verify the quality plan, inspection and test plan (ITP) in line with project and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with Authorised Inspectors, third-party inspection bodies, and clients throughout manufacturing, final inspection and certification in compliance with standards' requirements
- Support certified welding engineer and quality manager in qualifying new welding procedures, welder qualifications as per ASME and ISO standards
- Review and verify WPS, PQR, and WPQ documentation to ensure correct welding procedures are applied
- Assess NDT results (RT, UT, MPI, DPI, HT (Hardness Test) & FT (Ferrite Test)) and determine compliance against code requirements, making acceptance or rejection decisions accordingly
- Verify material certification and traceability documentation
- Raise and manage NCR, and monitor corrective actions
- Carryout thickness check (UT) and Coating inspection (DFT)
