Deliver advanced consultations using a 3D camera whilst doing various treatments such as laser hair removal and vascular with Candela, IPL photo rejuvenation, IPL
Rosacea, IPL acne, and Fraxel resurfacing.
Carry out several other treatments i.e. HydraFacial, Chemical peels and Micro-
needling.
Achieving sales and targets.
Conduct a comprehensive skin or laser consultation to meet the client's reasonable expectations.
Create bespoke treatment plans.
Retain a high level of professionalism.
Provide each customer with pre-and post-treatment advice.
Promptly and professionally returned calls from business customers and emails from customers.
Complete each client note, ensuring it is correct and current.
Scheduled appointments. Payments (cash and credit cards) were processed accurately both on-site and over the phone.
When processing payments, issue receipts and record the transactions in the diary.
