I am a computer science degree holder with extensive knowledge and a passion for working with IT infrastructure and providing IT support. I have 4+ years of industry experience working with IT hardware and performing helpdesk duties which includes providing technical support, troubleshooting and problem solving IT related issues, as well as installing, configuring, and maintaining computer & network hardware, printers, peripherals, and software applications.
