Born and raised in Italy, moved to the UK in 2016, moved to Japan for 6 months in 2025 on a working holiday visa. I speak Italian and English fluently. Working in a second-hand shop taught me a lot, I dealt with and witnessed difficult customers to the point I thought common sense didn't exist anymore. But I was always able to deliver my job with a smile, even when the customer was not reciprocating.

Warehouse Assistant at Westrock Linkx (2019-08 – 2019-11)

The job included sorting factory-sent pieces ready for the next project build. A good eye for fast reading of identifying numbers and different parts, also checking measurements based on 3D drawings. I later joined the workshop as an Engineer and Mechanical assistant, working directly on the machinery, creating solutions for fitting problems and changing original drawings, realising the importance of team leader and team communication skills in big projects that include many people.
