- Making the necessary plan to achieve management goals
- Reviewing monthly production plans and how to implement them daily in proportion to the available resources
- Applying lean-six sigma tools to achieve the production plan according to the timeline while maintaining the lowest of defective units & operating at minimum cost
- Monitoring the performance of the machine and analyzing the OEE to eliminate any possible loss
- Applying continuous improvement methods to keep the departments operating at its best & come up with projects to improve the performance or to eliminate potential sources of waste
- Coordinating with related administrations to complete the projects associated with the production departments
- Responsible of maintaining the safety of all personnel using risk assessment methods and eliminating any long-term injuries using the REBA model
- Carrying out the projects related to objectives and managing the related teams
