Working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment at Friesday Belgian Fries has strengthened my ability to stay composed under pressure, manage multiple priorities, deal with members of the public professionally, and respond effectively in busy and demanding situations.
It has also developed my awareness, conflict-handling skills and ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues alike. Alongside my work experience, my involvement in community and youth group activities has helped me build strong teamwork, responsibility and leadership skills. Organising and supporting group activities has reinforced the importance of reliability, safeguarding others, and working together to maintain a safe and positive environment.
