Hoke & Magnet Crane Operator in Mill Production Division, operating 10MT, 15MT, 20 MT, 50MT capacity cranes.

• Check crane mechanism before putting it into regular operation.
• Follow company safety instructions.
• Before operating the crane, check that all movements function properly.
• Before operating, check all motor limit switches and brakes.
• Dump the crop bucket to the scrap area.
• Lift bar bundles onto the bed and stack them properly by size.
• Load trailers as per order for the required size, following signals given by the Dispatchers.
• Re-bundle short bars with the checker.
• Check oil in reducers, grease on wire rope, wire rope condition, all movement positions, brakes, and motors.
• Immediately inform the Foreman or Shift Supervisor of any abnormal noise.
• Commit to following safety guidelines throughout operations.
• I try to do work best of my knowledge.
