Insulation and VLF Testing of cables.
Experience
Testing and Commissioning of Distributions transformers, Switchgears and Cables.
Excellent in Turns ratio, winding resistance, no load and load losses, pressure test, Insulation resistance, and induced voltage tests.
Hold good knowledge of Transformer Components and Accessories.
Aware of Transformer maintenance procedures.
Excellent in primary & secondary injection, relay operation, and pressure test of RMU’s
Able to conduct and Analyse SFRA test at site and Factory.
Can perform BDV oil test and analyse DGA test.
Can perform Heat run test and analyse it.
Experience in transformer diagnostics measures.
Experience in operating, modifying, setting up analogue and digital relays.
Good knowledge in elements and configuration of substation/switching station.
Able to read, understand, analyse physical and Electrical designs, diagrams, sizes and all related transformer calculations.
Good knowledge in switchgear components, standard sizes of breakers and busbars.
Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent knowledge of site safety systems for fire and First aid.
Exceptional skills in Computer troubleshooting and related software issues.
Aware of IEC, ANSI, and IEE standards.
Education
Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
