Hi I'm Mohan Malluri. Zscaler Architect / Network Security Lead with 10+ years’ experience, specialising in ZIA ,ZPA and Zero Trust security. Proven in leading enterprise Zscaler deployments, improving security posture, and supporting UK-based clients in complex environments.

I am a Network Security and Zscaler Architect / Lead with 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale security and networking solutions across global environments. I currently work as a Cybersecurity Architect at Cognizant, where I act as an SME for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), supporting architecture, deployment, optimisation, and production troubleshooting.

My experience includes leading end-to-end Zscaler implementations, designing secure internet access architectures, integrating Zscaler with firewalls, CASB, DLP, SIEM, and identity platforms, and ensuring alignment with organisational security standards and compliance requirements. I have strong hands-on expertise in policy configuration (SSL inspection, URL filtering, sandboxing, threat protection), performance optimisation, and complex issue resolution involving routing, authentication, DNS, and traffic forwarding.

Across previous roles at TEKsystems, HCL, Capgemini, Vodafone, and Alcatel-Lucent, I have delivered network and security solutions covering LAN, WAN, data centre, and cloud-connected environments. I am experienced in client-facing roles, technical leadership, documentation, training, and collaboration with vendors such as Zscaler TAC, consistently driving service improvements and operational stability.

I hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering, completed in 2014. My education provides a strong foundation in networking, communications, and system design, which I have applied extensively throughout my career in enterprise networking and cybersecurity roles.

In addition, I hold multiple industry-recognised certifications, including Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) Administrator and Professional, CCNA, CCNP, ITIL v3, and PRINCE2, supporting my expertise in network security architecture, service delivery, and enterprise change management.
