I possess a solid foundation in network engineering and cloud computing, backed by extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing IT infrastructures. During my 12-week Cloud Support Engineering training at Generation UK & Ireland, I gained comprehensive hands-on experience in cloud technologies and operations. I developed expertise in Linux system administration, including user management and security configurations, and acquired skills in designing and securing cloud networks using firewalls, VPNs, and access controls. My proficiency in Python programming allowed me to automate cloud infrastructure tasks, improving efficiency and reducing manual processes.

Additionally, I strengthened my knowledge in database management, focusing on the scalability and availability of relational and NoSQL databases. I also gained expertise in monitoring and troubleshooting cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and infrastructure reliability. This training equipped me to effectively provide operational support, including incident response and performance optimization in cloud environments.
