I am a dedicated and professional youth worker with hands-on experience gained through apprenticeship programmed, building strong skills in safeguarding, youth development, and reflective practice. I am confident in planning and delivering engaging group work, effectively supporting young people, including those presenting challenging behaviour. With a solid understanding of mental health, substance misuse, and youth violence I take a holistic person-centred approach.

My adaptable communication style enables me to build trust quickly, making me a valuable, reliable candidate ready to contribute positively from day one. This experience has strengthened my interest in working within the Criminal Justice System, particularly with youth people who are at risk of becoming involved in serious youth violence and gang-related crime. I am passionate about understanding the facts that contribute to offending behaviour and how early intervention can support better outcomes.

Outside of work, this interest is reflected in my hobbies, as I enjoy learning about true crime and reading fictional crime novels and watching crime dramas, which further fuels my curiosity about criminal behaviour, investigations, and the justice system.
