Senior Casting Project Manager at The Casting Collective (2022-04 – Present)
Leading the full process of supplying supporting artistes for major film & HETV productions, from initial planning and production breakdowns to final bookings. While managing up to 5 projects at one time.
- Productions include - Fantastic Four First Steps, Deadpool & Wolverine, Hamnet, 28 Years Later, 28 Years Later - The Bone Temple, The Magic Faraway Tree, Practical Magic, Urchin, Jay Kelly, Digger, The Gentlemen S1, Kraven the Hunter, The Gorge, This Town, Tornado, A Gentleman in Moscow, Blood of My Blood Season 1 & 2, Outlander Season 8, Outlander Season 7.
- Accurately & creatively cast to detailed briefs, supplying featured roles, double & stand ins, SPACT & large crowd scenes of up to 300 people a day, up to 8000 per production. Casting to fit a range of specifics, including period, costume sizes, and experience.
- Coordinating booking schedules across filming, fitting and rehearsal days, maintaining excellent diary management and organisation. Using this to manage additional specific requests such as travel, wardrobe & dietary requirements.
- Working closely alongside Assistant Directors & production teams, recognised for reliability, accuracy and positivity throughout the jobs, proven with repeat business from all.
- Experience working on set, signing in and coordinating crowds for the day. Assisting the team with whatever they need while at studios/locations.
- Negotiating rates, buyout fees and payments for SPACT and featured artistes. Invoicing for smaller TV jobs and commercials, those which are not connected to our paperless payments system.
- Support artistes through the process of working with us, ensuring they are informed, prepared and treated with a talent first approach.
