Highly organised and deadline driven individual with experience leading an enterprise project that was awarded a first. Currently the vice president of the Women in Business Society, organising meetings, events and supervising other members of the group.

SPAR Convenience Store Customer Service Assistant Aug 2022- Present

• Comprehensive knowledge of till systems and the in-store post office. This involves keeping up to date with training courses and focusing on important transactions. 
• Excellent skills in communication and problem-solving when dealing with customers in a busy store environment, always carrying out tasks with a friendly, helpful attitude. Maximising customer satisfaction and building rapport.
• Consistently maintaining store tidiness and cleanliness during quiet periods, resulting in a pleasant store environment and positive feedback from both managers and customers.
• Co-ordinated multiple deliveries. Prompting team members to make efficient decisions so the delivery is completed in a timely manner. 

Stonegate Bar Staff/ Waitress Jan 2022- Aug 2022

• Efficiently multi-tasked, switching between bar and floor work when team members or customers needed assistance. Resulted in well-functioning shifts that minimized customer dissatisfaction and maintained team morale. 
• Strong ability to deal with sensitive situations in an environment that deals with individuals under the influence. Ensured all customers felt comfortable and enjoyed their experience.

Barkwell Plumbing and Heating Procurement Officer Dec 2020- Sept 2021

• Promoted to the position of Procurement officer and PA after three months in the business. Worked confidentially alongside multiple departments, managed sites and built strong relationships with merchants. Awarded with more responsibilities.
• Successfully sent deliveries to sites so that plumbers were able to stick to deadlines and complete work on time. Awarded with more sites to manage. 
• Supervised the delivery of containers to all procurement officer’s sites. Reduced costs by re-evaluating existing container contracts and established new ones. Resulted in positive feedback from site managers and relieved workload from team members.

Halwill Manor Nursing Home Oral Care Lead March 2018- Dec 2020

• Awarded the position of Oral Care Lead. This role involved evaluating resident’s oral health to create plans that accommodated each individual’s specific requirements. Resulted in improved health and awareness for those in need of treatment and in turn overall happiness of residents.
• Demonstrated how to use specific oral health equipment to other care assistants. This improved training, knowledge and ensured that there was consistency within the team.
