Since I have been working with short term I have learnt loads of new skills and still learning. Also, the big jobs iv been involved in for expel are changing switches in new street station. Also I've been involved in putting new rail these jobs are mainly done on a Saturday nights so we have got plenty of time finish the job. Also I've learnt other skills how to get the bumps out of the rail and repad and put nylons in to. I've learnt how to use different tools to.

I looked after the plate form did regular checks. Making sure so one broke into the garage where the trains was. We did walks every hour to make are self-seen and to check if there wasn't anything happening which shouldn't have been. I only did this over Christmas and that's was only 3 shifts I did enjoy it.

I called customers asking if I could send them a form out in the post to see if they had miss sold PPI I did that for a couple of days. Then the staff said I would do better in a department called incompletes.so I would call a customer's up regarding missing information on the form and help them with anything else or pass them on to the right department.

I use to walk around the club selling shots making sure everyone had a good night, I use to have targets for the night to sell a certain amount of the night.it was a fun job especially for as I was looking for something fulltime. I did mange some of nights if the manger was couldn't make it. she would just meet me before the shift and let the girls no I was manging.
