I have gained substantial experience in corporate finance through my previous roles. Prior to my relocation to the UK, I served as a Corporate Finance Senior Associate at SBI China Capital Holdings Limited, based in Hong Kong. In this role, I played a key role in an IPO project, contributing to its initial stages, conducting market research and analysis, and assisting in the planning and execution of due diligence activities.

Additionally, I held the position of Corporate Finance Associate at VMS Securities Limited in Hong Kong, where I successfully supported the execution of multiple IPOs and financial advisory projects. This entailed conducting comprehensive due diligence, ensuring regulatory compliance, drafting necessary documentation, and performing meticulous financial analysis.

Furthermore, I pursued an entrepreneurial venture during a career break between my roles at SBI China Capital Holdings Limited and VMS Securities Limited. I successfully established and managed a coffee shop business, which demonstrated my adaptability, initiative, and business acumen. Alongside the day-to-day operations, I took on the responsibility of bookkeeping and finance management for the coffee shop.

To ensure efficient audit processes, I independently learned to use Xero accounting software, enabling me to effectively manage financial records and maintain accurate bookkeeping practices.
