• Assist residents with their personal care.
• Carried out Care activities in accordance with the residents Care plan.
• Assist residents with restricted mobility to moveto dining area at mealtimes and other communal area of social activities.
• Support kitchen staff to prepare meals and beverages for residents.
• Ensuring that the bedroom space is kept organized and comfortable.
• Ensuring regular observation of residents following medication administration and reporting any adverse effect.
• Contribute to the provision of end-of-life palliative care to residents in order to make them as comfortable as possible.
• Assisting/escorting residents to hospital for medical care
