I am an energetic and ambitious person who has developed my skills and knowledge. I've recently just completed my level 3 diploma in professional cookery. Both my determination and punctuality reflect my dedication to do anything.
While at college, I have experience in both kitchen and front of house, while also competing in competitions in both sectors. While I have been at college, I've been working a part time job. I now wish to gain full employment in a part of the sector I appreciate most: patisserie and to own/ build my own business

At college, I am experienced in working in front of house in the bistro dealing with customers. And working in an industrial kitchen, preparing, and making dishes for the bistro and restaurant.
