A friendly, hardworking, and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for animal welfare. I have successfully completed my HNC and NC in animal care and have gained valuable at hands-on experience through volunteering at fife zoo, a rabbit sanctuary, working in a pet shop and having 2 days of observation of veterinary work at kingdom vets. I enjoy working as part of a team and providing high standards of animal care.

I am eager to begin my career within the animal industry and continue developing my knowledge and experience.

Veterinary work experience - Kingdom vets - glenrothes

Observed veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses during consultations and procedures including canine toe amputation and dental extraction. Gained an understanding of patient care, clinical procedures, and the day-to-day running of a veterinary practice. Helped with simple non-clinical tasks including collecting urine samples.
