About
I am a dedicated, hardworking and reliable individual with extensive experience working within primary education and early years settings. I have developed strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills through working closely with children, colleagues and parents. I am confident supporting children of different ages and abilities, including children with additional needs, and I am committed to creating a positive, safe and inclusive environment.
I am able to work independently, use my own initiative and work effectively as part of a team. I am keen to continue developing both personally and professionally and am open to new challenges and opportunities outside of my current role. I am willing to learn new skills, try something different and take on new responsibilities.
I am adaptable, approachable and quick to learn new tasks, and I enjoy working towards targets and contributing positively to a team.
