Sports Activities Overseer - Primary School Wraparound Sports Scheme

Worked alongside the manager of a wraparound sports scheme in a primary school. Responsible for overseeing children aged 4-10 years in various activities. Tasked with preparing and delivering activities to cater for a wide range of abilities and needs.

Encouraged and supported inclusion and participation. Was a reliable and flexible member of the team. Many shifts coincided with Btech Level 3 Diploma in Sport and Coaching course, providing opportunity to put into practice and develop learned skills.

Used initiative, problem solved and provided opportunities for less confident children to participate at their own speed.

Courier Assistant - Courier Company

Helped out at a family member's workplace at a courier company. Learned valuable skills including time management and the importance of maintaining a high level of organisational ability.
