Working on Ouseburn Bridge fitting a temporary steel structure in order to jack up and install new steelwork. Duties include setting up of packer to flange, spot welding together and fitting steel girders into place. Duties included mig welding, grinding, burning and lifting equipment.
Becks & Politzer Engineering Ltd. - Unit 11 Faraday Close. Washington
Based within Unipress, Washington to install pipe work and fabrication of steel floor plating. Duties included reading from engineering drawings, grinding, burning and mig welding.
Comau Engineering - Washington
Based within Nissan Sunderland. Duties include fabrication and installation of screwed and pneumatic pipe work fitted to robotic machinery. I also installed steel flooring, working form engineering drawings, operating tools to burn, weld and fabricate. Fitting new machinery for a production line for a heavy engineering company Ducco. Duties included working from isometric drawings to install the machinery and pipework. Operating mig welding machinery, grinders, chop saw and scissor lift.

Installing heavy machinery on a recycling plant, duties include working from drawings and operating various engineering tools. Also operated an overhead crane, scissor lift, pull lifts to install and refabricate steel.

Based at Gestamp, manufacturing plant. Installation of cells, levelling at fixing turn tables and robots. Worked alongside main contractor to commission the project over a period of four months. Moved onto Unipress, Washington to supervise project leading up to the Christmas, fitting press machinery. Organised workload and small staff team to complete deadlines to hand over to contractor.
