- Establish and ensure the effective implementation of the Quality and Assurance Management System in line with relevant accreditations, policies, standards, and embed compliance with client contract quality and compliance requirements.
- Ensure the compilation of records to demonstrate the conformity of the works to the Quality Management System, and retention in line with company policy.
- Creation and management of the regional improvements' strategy, to meet group visions and fully satisfy our clients goals and provide continuous improvement support to operational delivery through the introduction of new technology, improved processes, and increased resource competency.
- Be aware of budget constraints of the operational contracts whilst achieving compliance
- Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies in conjunction with the H&S professionals within the Business.
- Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation to ensure the rectification of such issues is completed to a satisfactory standard in the quickest time possible
- To provide expert advice, support and guidance to all operational contracts during day to day, business as usual operational activities, and during audits from external third-party organisations.
- Providing guidance and assistance on Quality matters and liaise with the quality representative to ensure full agreement and understanding of the quality requirements and handover compliance requirements.
- Ensuring Audits are undertaken in accordance with the Audit Schedule and that any adverse findings, including those raised by others, are closed out in a timely manner.
- Providing site training/mentoring on the requirements of the Quality Management System.
- Encouraging feedback from all employees and sub-contractors on possible areas of improvement and investigating the benefit of any employee recommendations regarding Quality matters.
- Reviewing Non-conformance reports to identify any apparent trends and providing timely reports on NCR status and trends to the Project Managers and the company Project Management Office.
- Actively manage the risk profile of the division ensuring that all contracts entered into have been rigorously evaluated for risk, any mitigation actions have been taken and have been passed on or signed off at the appropriate level.

Project: Heathrow, Terminal 3 Pier 6 vertical segregation. The main task was managing project documentation. I assisted the factory manager in maintaining personnel records. I set-up and maintained a new paper and electronic filing system.
I welcomed and hosted visitors to the facility, organising refreshments and equipment for meetings. I managed the office supplies ordering as required. I prepared documents using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
I was responsible for the IT network for both companies; creating back-ups to agreed schedules and liaising with head office IT staff using Lotus Notes to maintain systems. Other duties included answering and directing incoming calls, distributing post and ensuring the drawing register is up to date and issued to the whole site. I had BAA granted access to use 'A-site web technology' to issue drawings to suppliers and manufacturers.
