I'm a friendly, reliable student who loves working with people and has a real interest in retail and customer service. I'm currently studying for my GCSEs, but I also work part-time at a tuition business run by a family friend — this has given me great experience speaking to all kinds of people, staying organised and being trusted to work on my own. I'm always on time, happy to help wherever needed, and I want a job where I can work hard, learn new skills and make sure every customer leaves happy.

• Help children aged 7–13 with Maths and English — explain topics in different ways until they understand, keep sessions fun and keep them interested.
• Greet every student and parent as they arrive, answer questions and make sure everyone feels welcome and supported.
• Prepare worksheets and learning materials in advance, mark work and keep clear records of progress.
• Keep the whole place clean, tidy and ready for every session — I make sure everything is organised and in the right place.
• Handle small admin tasks like taking attendance and organising files.
• Showed I'm trustworthy, polite and hard-working — trusted to open up, lock up and run parts of the business alone.
