I have worked 9 months in USC and I have currently done 7 months in sports direct which is both part of The Frasers Group. I have gained a lot of experience with using tills and also communicating with customers and also fulfilling all the customers needs to the best of my ability. I have gained a lot of experience with interaction with customers and also the work environment.

I have also been given the task of unpacking and also putting out the new delivery for the shop on a number of occasions. I have gained a lot more confidence with dealing with many customers and also serving customers. I have gained time management skills by having to complete tasks in a certain amount of time.

Retail Associate - Morrisons - Wetherby / Morley

I have been working at morrisons for 3 years where i have learnt many new skills and improved on my communication with customers further. I have always helped every customer and fulfilled any need the customer has had. I have improved my time management as I have been working early morning shifts.

I have also become become a lot more independent as we are given our own tasks to complete and given a time to it complete it for which has helped me overcome any problems i face on my own without having to rely on anyone.

Apprentice Electrician - Electrical Apprenticeship

I was currently doing an apprenticeship with a qualified electrician which I have learned many skills over time having worked with. I have experienced many different work environments where I have worked in many different places. I have become more confident dealing with the different types of customers which has also allowed me to communicate with the different types of customers you will face.

I have also gained time management skills by having to complete jobs that are needed to be done in a certain time frame. I have also become more confident working more independently which helps me carry out tasks without the need of relying on someone else and also helps complete many tasks in a faster period of time.
