- Review QC procedures, ITPs, and drawings to ensure that all materials comply with the requirements of established standards and specifications.
- Monitor production operations to verify adherence to defined quality and performance standards.
- Recommend necessary adjustments to assembly or production processes to maintain product quality.
- Conduct inspections, tests, and measurements on materials and products during various stages of production (Incoming, In process and final inspection).
- Utilize precision instruments such as calipers and gauges to measure product dimensions.
- Approve or reject finished items based on inspection results and issue Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) for all rejected materials.
- Segregate and quarantine nonconforming products and materials in the designated NCR area.
- Communicate and discuss inspection outcomes with Senior QC Engineers and the QC Manager.
- Maintain, control, and update all quality-related documents (ITPs, procedures, drawings, material certificates, test reports, NCRs, etc.) in accordance with Saudi Aramco requirements.
- Prepare, review, and ensure timely submission of final documentation packages (Manufacturer's Data Book – MDB / Final Dossier).
- Verify that all QC documents comply with the latest Saudi Aramco standards, SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, and project specifications.
- Manage document revision control to ensure only the latest approved documents are available for production and QA/QC teams.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, QA/QC, and Procurement to collect and validate documents for valves (3.1 & 2.2 Material Certificates, PMI Reports, Incoming inspection records, Pressure Test Reports, Coating Reports, COC etc.).
- Track and compile all inspection and test records related to valve manufacturing activities.
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems following Saudi Aramco's & API document retention and traceability guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation before submitting to the client or TPI inspector.
- Support QC inspection team by providing required drawings, specifications, and QC documents during inspections.
- Maintain logs for document issuance, receiving, transmittals, and correspondence with Aramco or Third-Party Inspection Agencies.
- Ensure confidentiality, traceability, and proper archiving of project documentation for future reference.
- Support continuous improvement by maintaining templates, document control procedures, and best practices aligned with Saudi Aramco requirements.

- Ensure products/components have been manufactured using the correct alloy.

- Prepare PMI reports and verify chemical composition of each item.
