I have had a successful career in finance for over 15 years’ working in number of countries. I have extensive experience of working in number of blue chip organisations gaining wide range of skills in commercial finance. I have had exposure to senior management including the Board level at different companies and I can draw on those experiences in my future career.
I would to apply for an Insolvency Administrator role. As a qualified ACCA accountant with an LLB from the University of Exeter and over 15 years’ experience in finance, compliance, and legal analysis, I am now focused on developing a long-term career in insolvency and restructuring. I intend to commence the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) shortly, with the aim of sitting the exams in June 2026 and progressing towards full insolvency practitioner qualification in future through JIEB.
My career to date has given me a broad set of transferable skills well suited to insolvency work. I have worked closely with auditors, overseen treasury operations and cash flow forecasting, prepared management reports for senior leadership, and managed VAT returns and statutory compliance. I have also worked extensively with directors and board-level stakeholders, requiring discretion, clarity, and sound commercial judgement.
Although I am at an early stage of my formal insolvency training and have yet to work directly in the field, I am already familiarising myself with the Insolvency Act 1986, Statements of Insolvency Practice (SIPs), and key procedures such as CVLs, MVLs, and administrations. Combined with my financial and legal background, this foundation equips me to contribute effectively, whether supporting statutory documentation, financial analysis, creditor liaison, or case file management.
