I have worked in retail for nearly 10 years. This experience has allowed me to become a self-motivated individual who is willing and able to work independently as well as part of a team. When working I am willing to learn new information and key skills to help me fit and adjust to criteria of the job. I am well organised, very and punctual and I can work under stressful conditions and environments.

Over the last 7 years I have been to over 25 countries over 4 continents. I like to consider this my biggest interest as I love experiencing new adventures such as new cultures, cuisines and historical landmarks. As a hobby I also like to collect Vinyl Records for my ever-expanding music collection.

I am currently employed to Sports Direct and have been with the company for the last 9 years, my current job title is Team Leader. Being a tenured employee, I am versatile member of staff being able to work all department throughout the store from Footwear to Tills. My official role is Team Leader and the responsibilities of the role are what you typically associate with a Supervisor.

I have experience in opening/shutting the shop, cashing up, supervision of staff, IBT, merchandising and customer complaints/queries for example.
